OFAC Sanctions & Geographic Restrictions

If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding U.S. commercial arbitration unless state law requires court proceedings. The losing party bears arbitration costs unless arbitration rules state otherwise. Awards are final and enforceable.

We may seek emergency court injunctions or asset protection at any time to safeguard our rights. All dispute proceedings are in English.

General Provisions

These Terms form the full agreement between you and us, replacing all prior agreements. If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains effective.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with an effective date. Your continued site use means you accept the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking updates regularly.

Our failure to enforce any breach does not waive future enforcement. All supplementary policies are part of these Terms.
